Safety is a top priority. Irontree was pleased to learn that the company’s Experience Modification Rate (EMOD) has lowered from 2012-2013.  Irontree’s outstanding safety record and ever-lowering EMOD is evidence of the priority we place on safe work practices.  Chief Operating Officer Greg Williams was recently quoted:

We maintain a zero tolerance for compromising safety and manage our project site to enforce and support that attitude. The commitment to safety begins with top management, extends through all levels of supervision, and is clearly communicated to all craft personnel.

The Ironwood team – from top management to field team workers – is dedicated to creating another safe year with the goal that “everyone goes home”.
