Greg Williams
Greg is a second-generation leader and continues the work his father began 40 years ago. While training under his father, Greg has proven his ability to continue the growth and development of the Irontree company. Greg is a graduate of the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) – LDF class and has his CPC designation. Since taking over as President in 2011, Greg has established team leaders who are driven by putting people first, integrity, and aiming for excellence in everything.
Vice President & Director of Construction Operations
Ryan Bailey
With 25 years on the job at Irontree, Ryan has become an indispensable leader of the team. As an ASU - Del E. Webb School of Construction graduate, he has utilized his skills to run the operations of Irontree with excellence. His abilities have allowed Irontree to take on multiple ground-up projects at a time while leaving room for new opportunities.
V.P. & Project Manager
Craig Haskin
For more than 25 years, Craig has been with the Irontree family. His great work has contributed to the success and advancement of our operations team. Early in his career, he was able to develop strong relationships with customers that specialized in Job Order Contracting (JOC) and was instrumental in developing Irontree’s JOC portfolio. Craig is a graduate of Phoenix College with an Associate’s in Construction Management and he also completed ABA’s LDF leadership program.
Plumbing Service Superintendent
Court Wood
Court Wood has more than 20 years here at Irontree and for the past 10 years, he has successfully led Irontree's trenchless and service programs. Court brings a remarkably diverse and deep knowledge base of all plumbing systems, especially underground waste piping, and sewer systems. In 2014 he started our Epoxy Rehabilitations Group. First with CIPP, then expanding to include Epoxy Brush Cast and Pipe Patch services. His hard work has allowed Irontree to expand the level of services offered.
Senior Estimator
Matt DeHerrera
In his 20 plus years with the Irontree family, Matt has been able to grow with the company through various positions. Matt’s ability to connect with both customers and team members alike has been valuable in cultivating business partnerships. He has been instrumental in securing many of highly successful projects for Irontree.
Project Manager
Christian Encinas
Christian is the newest member of the Irontree family, bringing a 20-year background in the construction industry. He has plumbing experience in the field, in managing prefabrication/production & as a project foreman. Christian has been able to use his construction and plumbing experience to move to a project management position. After all, he comes from a family of construction managers and plumbers. Irontree is excited to welcome Christian aboard and cannot wait to see what he will accomplish.
Purchasing Manager
Andy Willeford
Andy started with Irontree in 2017 taking over as the purchasing manager after his predecessor had retired. He took over working with our suppliers and wholesalers and began to build relationships with our partners to help manage cost for the company. Andy has done an excellent job at managing the logistics for all our projects and has been an asset in maintaining our inventory for project efficiency.
Secretary/Controller
Nicole McVay
Representing the third generation of the Williams family, Nicole has grown into her role as controller over the past 10 years. Seeing a strong work ethic in both her grandfather and father has encouraged her to seek excellence in all she does here at Irontree. Her attention to detail and diligence has kept all accounting processes both accurate and on track. Her desire to uphold her family’s business values has been a great benefit to the company.
Administrative / Accounting Assistant
Jamie Totland
Jamie joined the Irontree family while obtaining her degree in Business Administration. Graduating in 2020 from NAU, Jamie has been able to put her studies to use for our accounting department. She began her journey with Irontree just as the laws were changing for Arizona sales tax. She has been able to learn the components of construction accounting and continues to grow in her understanding.
BIM Specialist
Nathan Boring
In Nathan's 7 years' experience in the construction industry, he has learned and mastered a variety of skills, the most current being Building Information Modeling (BIM) creating services for plumbing, process piping, mechanical, and electrical projects. Mr. Boring joined the Irontree team exclusively in April of 2024 after working cooperatively on a project for Gulfstream's Mesa Service Hanger. Since then, he has partnered well with the entire project management group. Nathan's software skills include mastery of Auto CAD, Bluebeam, BIM 360, CADmep Fabrication, Dynamo, Navisworks, Procore, Revit, Revitzo, and Victaulic Tool.
Project Responsibilities
Nathan will be responsible for ensuring the BIM efforts create a seamless 3D drawing so that the project remains on schedule. His understanding of plumbing processes and schedules blend well with his skills in drafting. This plays an integral role in the coordination efforts with other trade contractors.
