Our Outstanding Record of Safety

Irontree’s outstanding safety record is evidence of the priority we place on safe work practices. Our safety approach and planning methodology is centered on effective risk mitigation on behalf of our clients and the protection of our people and the public. Vigilant monitoring and mentoring is necessary to create a culture of safety that starts in bidding and preconstruction and is continued to every activity in the field.

With Effective Communication

On every project Irontree managers work in concert with the Premier Risk Management team and key field management personnel to identify potential safety risks to both workers, co-workers and members of the public. Our construction teams have extensive experience working in multi-use, constrained environments in which multiple trades must coordinate side-by-side.

So Everyone Goes Home

How do we ensure that every workers goes home? We maintain a zero tolerance for compromising safety and manage our project site to enforce and support that attitude. The commitment to safety begins with top management, extends through all levels of supervision, and is clearly communicated to all craft personnel.
